This Spring one of our industry colleagues will be closing it's doors for the last time after attempts to find a suitable buyer for the business fell through. Firstly we would like to wish Eric N Smith all the best for the future and hope that they enjoy their retirement.

On the downside the decision will mean the shop's nine staff will, unfortunately, be made redundant. We hope that those affected find employment within the industry as soon as possible.

The name was well known for designing jewellery pieces for the Queen amongst others.

Like anything in life. Things move on. As a quality jeweller in Clarkston we would like to reach out to those in Newton Mearns and the surrounding areas to let them know that we will be able to help fill the void in relation to your jewellery and watch requirements.
